Important Note Regarding Transfers and Flight Cancellations (Dubai Flights) For bookings with transfers, pickup is available from any hotels located within Dubai city limits only. (Areas: Dubai City / Sheikh Zayed / Palm / Jebel Ali etc.) Pickup time will be confirmed to you via whatsapp and email. If the flight is cancelled on the day of the tour due to operational or weather-related reasons, it can be rescheduled at no additional cost - or helicopter cost can be refunded. However, car transfers are provided once only. If the vehicle has already been used, transfers will not be re-arranged for the rescheduled flight. Guests must make their own way to the helipad for the rescheduled flight, or request a new transfer at an additional charge.
Please ensure to arrive at Atlantis Helipad 45 Min prior to departure flight for boarding procedure such as check-in, safety briefing, orientation and weigh-in.
