The meeting point is in front of the Colosseo metro station (lower floor of the station/ground floor, at street level), near the green kiosk. Look for the staff with the C.I.S. Tours sign.
After the visit you can remain inside the site to independently visit what you prefer.

You will pass through the priority access which was reserved for Gladiators, entering directly into the most famous Arena in the world. You will visit the Arena, where fought slaves, gladiators, wild animals and representations of naval battles. Then the interior of the Colosseum.
