Rabat to Chefchaouen (Blue City)

After breakfast we will leave to visit its main monuments in Rabat : Kasbah of the Udayas , it’s the ancient fortified town or medina in Rabat, UNESCO world heritage site . And visit Hassan II Tower . It is the minaret of an incomplete mosque. Also see Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Then drive to Chefchaouen, the blue pearl in north Morocco. Free afternoon to explore the beautiful town.

Chefchaouen to Fes

Today we will visit Chefchaouen ,Wazan and other Rif villages. In Volubilis we will discover the roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroccan history

After the visit of the ruins we will shift our way to Meknes city the 17 th century heritage where we will stop for lunch and hang around the historical huge walls of the medina , Bab El Mansour and enjoy a visit of Moulay ismail’s shrine . Then we will drive directly to Fes city where you will spend the night.

After breakfast, you'll explore Fes with a local guide. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Fes is one of Morocco's most spiritual and religious cities, central to Moroccan civilization for over five centuries. It was a significant cultural and intellectual hub, rivaling European centers. Fes is a key starting point for Sahara desert tours to Marrakech. Your tour includes visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter (Mellah), the University of Karaouine (founded in 859 and the world's oldest continuously operating university), and the traditional Tannery. You'll also visit the Pottery & Zellij Tile Cooperative, where you can learn and participate in making zellij tiles or pottery, with opportunities to shop for pottery and tiled items. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the Fes Medina from a tower, ending your day with a stay at a Riad.

Fes To Merzouga Desert

Departing in the morning, from your hotel or Riad in Fes and driving toward Merzouga desert and Erg Chebbi Dunes. Pass by Ifran, famous as Moroccan Switzerland. Stop in Cedar forest in Azrou to see Barbarian apes in their natural habitat. Travelling through slopes of the Middle Atlas Mountains range. Stop in Midelt for lunch in a Moroccan local restaurant. The journey continues to Erford known by fossils and date palm tree fruits through High Atlas Mountain. And Ziz Valley. heading to Merzouga, overnight in a hotel near the dunes.

Merzouga Desert tour & Camel Ride

After breakfast, start a desert day trip in a 4x4 with A/C. Visit Merzouga Lake (if there's water), then Khamlia village (Black Town) for traditional Gnawa music and mint tea. Drive on Paris Dakar roads to the black mountains for a panoramic view of Erg Chebbi dunes and the Algerian border. Next, visit phosphate mines and a ruined French village. Meet nomad families in Berber tents, experience their hospitality with mint tea, and explore their lifestyle. Enjoy driving on sand dunes on the return trip. In the afternoon, join a camel trek to a Berber camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes. The 1.5-hour ride offers stunning views. Stop to climb a dune and watch the sunset before reaching the Desert Camp. The tents are well-equipped with mattresses, blankets, and cushions. After a Moroccan Tagine dinner, gather around a campfire, listen to traditional Berber music, and enjoy a romantic walk on the dunes under the stars before bed.

Depart from Dades Gorge to Marrakech, passing through Kalaat Mgouna, renowned for its pink roses and annual May festival. Travel the "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs" with numerous photo opportunities, stopping in Skoura's oasis town to see the 18th-century Kasbah of Ameridhil. Continue to Ouarzazate, famous for its film industry and movies like Game of Thrones and Gladiator. Visit Taourirte Kasbah and Cinema Atlas Studio. Next, drive to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco, built by Berber chieftain El Glaoui Et-Hami in the late 13th century and now a UNESCO site still housing Berber families.
