Your journey begins with a private transfer to Arusha Farm House. Nestled within a lush coffee plantation, this boutique lodge offers a quiet, refined atmosphere to rest after your international flight. Enjoy a walk through the gardens or a farm-to-table dinner as you prepare for the wilderness ahead.
Board a scheduled charter flight from Arusha, soaring over the Great Rift Valley before landing in the Northern Serengeti. The Experience: Your private guide will meet you at the airstrip for an immediate game drive toward the Mara River. You’ll spend the day tracking the massive herds as they congregate near the water’s edge, waiting for the dramatic moment they brave the crocodiles to cross. The Evening: Retreat to Safari Haven, a luxury tented camp where the raw sounds of the bush provide a powerful soundtrack to your evening meal.
The morning is dedicated to the Mara River, seizing one last opportunity to witness the raw, high-stakes drama of the wildebeest crossings. As the sun climbs, you will navigate the riverine forests and hidden loops where the herds gather in their thousands. The Midday Transition: After a final gourmet lunch in the North, you begin your journey toward the soul of the Serengeti. This transit is a game drive in itself, moving from the broken woodlands of the Kogatende region into the iconic, wide-open savannahs of the Central Serengeti. The Arrival: You will reach Nakupenda Luxury Camp in the late afternoon. Because this camp is situated in a beautifully flat, open area, the sense of space is absolute. The Celestial Display: The evening here is defined by the horizon. With no hills to obstruct the view, you will witness a sunset that bleeds across the entire sky. This is widely considered one of the best sunset and sunrise spots in the entire park.
Today is dedicated to the Seronera Valley, a predator paradise where the tall grass and river loops provide the perfect hunting grounds. The Experience: Spend the day tracking cheetahs on the hunt and lions lounging on ancient kopjes. In the afternoon, you will head toward the Lake Masek area. The Evening: Stay at Lake Masek Tented Lodge. The lodge sits on the shores of the lake, offering a unique eco-system where you can watch hippos and birds from the comfort of your luxury suite.
Your final morning is a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater. This self-contained caldera is home to the Big Five and offers some of the most reliable wildlife viewing in Africa. After a 6 to 8-hour floor tour and a luxury picnic lunch at the hippo pool, you will be transferred back to Arusha or the airport for your onward journey.
