An uncontaminated archipelago south of the Sorrento peninsula: Li Galli. There are three islands that make up Li Galli: Gallo Lungo, La Rotonda and Dei Briganti, the latter better known as La Castelluccia. The archipelago is part of the protected area of Punta Campanella and falls within the municipality of Positano. If you look at the outline of the archipelago from above, what you seem to be able to see is the figure of a dolphin or, if you want to remain faithful to the myth, the tail of a mermaid.
