Pasta Carbonara/Cacio e Pepe
You’ll be making fresh, fettuccine pasta with the help of your expert chef, and then an accompanying carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce. Delizioso!

Please arrive 10 minutes early at Via Cesare Balbo 25, near Hotel 77—look for the small brown door next to a large green one. Late arrivals cannot join the class or receive a refund. The meeting point may shift slightly; if so, we’ll notify you in advance. Both locations are 5 minutes apart.
