Prepare to get your hands doughy on our quest for pasta perfection! Learn how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu in a personal, small-group class with a fun and passionate Roman chef, paired with 2 prosecco, 2 wine, and a shot of limoncello.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your chef will welcome you at the venue. Look for the “Rome with Chef” logo. Arrive 10 minutes early at Via Cesare Balbo 25, near Hotel 77 (small brown door next to green one). Meeting point may vary but both locations are within a 5-minute walk. Late arrivals may not participate.
What to expect
After introductions, it’s tiramisu time. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make one of Italy’s most famous desserts. Then, you’ll move on to making your handmade fettuccine pasta. You’ll mix, roll, and cut your dough, and prepare it for cooking before making your pasta sauce from scratch. Choose either a traditional carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, depending on what you’re craving.
Bond with your fellow chefs as the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations, and once everything is ready, it’s time to sit down with your new foodie friends and enjoy your handmade food, paired with 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine, and a shot of limoncello, along with non-alcoholic beverages of your choosing.
At the end of the meal, take home a digital version of the day’s recipes.

- The meeting location might change slightly based on the day. If so, you’ll be informed ahead of time—both spots are no more than a 5-minute walk from each other.
- This experience isn’t suitable for infants. If they join, they must stay on an adult’s lap since no separate seat or workspace is available.
- Please note that due to the menu we prepare during the class, we are unable to accommodate participants that have coeliac disease and/or follow a vegan diet.
