Start your evening with a compelling Sunset Cruise on one of our flagship Zambezi Explorer ‘Luxury Decks’, before returning to The Eatery at the Pure Africa Waterfront to indulge in an al fresco dinner of traditionally prepared potjie pot stews. The Zambezi Explorer’s ‘Luxury Decks’ have never looked better, completely refurbished with Ndebele-patterned chairs, generous lounge seating and views through crisp linen curtains, they offer the ideal backdrop. Cruise the watery wilderness with the spray of the Victoria Falls within sight, before returning to The Eatery for a dinner of delicious potjies cooked to perfection by our chefs. Settle at your lantern lit tables under the stars to savour your meal, the setting and the nocturnal sounds of the bush around you.

• Please note that pick-up times are earlier than the scheduled activity start time. Your exact pick-up time will vary depending on your hotel/lodge location, so please ensure you have confirmed the correct time before your experience.
• Please note that this voucher does not cover the US$12 per person National Park & Wildlife fees, payable at the time of tour check-in
• Please inform us of any DIETARY REQUIREMENTS at the time of booking under special requests or at least 24 hours before the activity via the WhatsApp number on this voucher. Dietary requests not communicated in advance cannot be guaranteed

What to expect

A trademark combination of our two distinctly Pure Africa experiences, The Eatery Potjie Dinner & Sunset Cruise allows you an extended period on the Zambezi River. Arrive at the Pure Africa Waterfront for your Sunset Cruise onboard the Zambezi Explorer, soaking up the ambiance as the colours of the sky turn to burnt orange before the day sees the last of the light. After your cruise, return to The Eatery where a selection of delicious stews prepared traditionally in potjie pots and left to simmer to perfection, will be served. The potjie dishes offered are Beef, Chicken and Vegetarian, each bringing their own distinct taste of wood-smoked Africa.
