Pedra do Telégrafo is located in the west side of Rio de Janeiro. The rock has a nice view of the beautiful city, in on one side we see wild beaches and the Tijuca National Park. On the other side, we have a wonderful view of the Marambaia, a huge beach with big swamp area.
The hiking takes approximately 1 hour to climb(one way), its summit is 354 meters above sea level. Returning from Pedra do Telégrafo to the city we will stop for a bath and relaxing at Grumari(one of the most beautiful beaches in Rio) and after we will drive trough all the beaches along the coast of Rio with many opportunities to take photos.
