What to expect
2, 3 or 4 Gourmets, take a part in an exclusive full day(10am/4pm) food experiences, discovering the last authentic gastronomy. Use a traditional method to make you becoming a true connoisseur. Program that we usually develop in 4 to 14 days following these steps :
How to look at carefully, listen, smell, touch or taste and recognize authentic artisan products ?
Which ones to taste and how ? Where to buy them and how ? Who still uses this ancestral know-how and why ? How to feel the fullness and importance of the art of living ?
For this day, you will live a kind of "introduction" to this program.
Towards the countryside of the 3 musketeers, you will discover Gascony cooking and taste the only one pure brandy of wine in the world, the Armagnac ! Depending on the calendar, different winegrowers will wait us for a Gascony wine tasting + taste the flavors of a traditional farmer (foie gras, local cooked dishes). After we'll have lunch in a typical restaurant. Then, winegrowers will welcome us again. Finally, we'll go to two of the best producers of Armagnac in the world, for a tasting + other secret drinks to try !
