  Spiaggia di Marina Piccola

  Marina Piccola, also known as Little Harbor or Marina di Mulo, is located on the southern side of the island of Capri, in a quiet and sheltered area. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the famous Faraglioni sea stacks, positioned just to the southeast. Marina Piccola is connected to the heart of the island by the historic Via Krupp, a scenic switchback footpath that links the Charterhouse of San Giacomo and the Gardens of Augustus area with the harbor below. Thanks to its generally calm waters, it is often possible to stop for a swim, weather and sea conditions permitting, making this spot ideal for a relaxing break during a boat tour.

• Punta Carena Lighthouse (Pass by)

  It consists of an octagonal masonry tower with a lantern and gallery, situated above a two-story building for the lighthouse keeper. The lighthouse has been recently repainted and is now white with vertical red stripes. The keeper’s house is red.

  Blue Grotto

  The Grotta Azzurra is one of Capri’s most famous natural attractions, known for the intense blue color of the water created by a unique natural light effect. It is important to note that a visit is never guaranteed. Access depends on sea conditions and waiting times. If waiting is required, the waiting time must not exceed 30 minutes, especially during peak season, when delays can become excessive or access may be suspended without notice. In recent years, the legend of the Blue Grotto has also become problematic for tourists. The small boats operating at the entrance often argue to secure visitors, particularly those willing to leave generous tips, while guests who do not tip may sometimes be treated poorly. The cave remains truly beautiful and unique, but inconsistent management can negatively affect the experience, creating difficulties even for professional boat operators like us who aim to provide a safe and respectful service.

  Marina Grande Beach

  Marina Grande is a wide, sunlit bay on the northern side of the island of Capri, framed by dramatic cliffs and the slopes of Monte Solaro. The area is lively and scenic, featuring one of the island’s largest beaches with gently sloping seabeds. Its clear waters and natural layout make it an ideal spot for a relaxing pause. Swimming is often possible here, weather and sea conditions permitting, making Marina Grande a pleasant stop during a boat tour or while cruising along Capri’s coastline.

You can also visit the Gardens of Augustus: a true botanical garden that hosts various specimens of the island’s flora, including both ornamental and non-ornamental plants. Alongside its botanical beauty, the gardens offer a wide panoramic view of Capri’s main scenic attractions. From there, you can enjoy a 180-degree view of the island, including glimpses of Monte Solaro, the bay of Marina Piccola, Via Krupp, and the famous Faraglioni.
