Pick-up is available from Kigali International Airport, Kigali city hotels, or guesthouses within Kigali.
Travelers should be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
For airport pickups, the guide will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with the traveler’s name or company logo.
Please provide hotel name, flight number, and arrival time at least 48 hours before departure.
Pick-up outside Kigali can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
