This 4-day Rwanda journey offers a rich blend of nature, wildlife, and cultural experiences across some of the country’s most scenic regions. What to expect

During this 4-day experience, travelers will journey through Rwanda’s most scenic and biodiverse regions, combining island exploration, wildlife encounters, and cultural discovery. The trip begins at Lake Kivu in Karongi, where you will visit Napoleon Island and the Six Islands, enjoy panoramic lake views, and experience the unique swimming cows tradition practiced by local communities. From the lakeshore, you will travel through the rolling hills of Rutsiro to explore tea plantations before entering the lush Gishwati–Mukura landscape, spending peaceful evenings surrounded by forest nature.
