What to expect

Learn how to surf on the beautiful black sand beach of Canggu. Receive personal instruction from an experienced surf instructor. Learn faster and ride more waves with this two-hour lesson.

Start your adventure on the black sand beach of Batu Bolong, where you’ll begin with a 15-minute land lesson and safety briefing to get you ready for the water.

Your instructor will guide you through the basics, helping you master board control, the pop-up technique, and wave riding. You'll get tips on paddling and stance, as well as advice on timing your takeoff to catch that first wave.

The activity time can change depending on the weather condition and the tides. The local provider will confirm the exact time with you one day before. Daily operating hours for the lesson are from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
