In this class, you can have an experience of cooking real ramen from scratch by the host, Hideki who had worked at ramen restaurant for about 10 years. If you want to learn how to cook the “real ramen”, this is the one! What to expect

In this class, you'll have the opportunity to cook authentic ramen and gyoza dumplings with a local. You'll learn how to make homemade ramen and gain plenty of tips along the way.

How to prepare dashi (soup stock)
Making nitamago (ramen-style boiled egg)
Cooking chashu (boiled pork)
