On this village tour, you will be welcomed by a local family, After the tea & snacks, Later you can do a Turban tying & phulkari experience, and then you will be taken to the farm on a tractor where you can see & learn about the crops.
Later you will be taken back home, where Gatka & Milking of the cow will happen. Followed by lunch or Dinner.
You will go through Heritage street which is a walking area nicely made and a well-maintained path to the golden temple, you will see lots of shops on both side which are selling fabric, jutties, musical instruments, etc
It is a memorial in memory of those Innocent Indians who was killed by British General Dyer, around 400 people were shot dead, later visit Partition Museum, which is first of its kind museum in the world which is based on the tragedy of the partition of Punjab in 1947, by visiting this museum you peep in to the history and can feel the pain of the people who suffered during the partition
Proceed to Wahga Border to witness the retreat ceremony, which takes place every day in the evening
We will drive out of the city for one and a half hours, towards a small village. On the way, you’ll see vast fields, orchards, tractors and trucks, rural markets selling farm implements, etc. Your guide will familiarize you with the basics of the economy, society, and culture of rural Punjab.
