You are invited to Lake Sevan Ride is a scenic horseback riding tour across the incredible landscapes in northeastern Armenia. You will ride through picturesque trails are designed to discover verdurous canyons and wooded mountains of historic Gugarq State. Along the way, you will visit medieval shrines, fortresses, mountain lakes, picturesque hamlets, and the fascinating area of Dilijan National Park. On top of it, enjoy traditional cuisine and explore the great customs of local people. Your final destination, Sevan is the largest freshwater high-altitude lake in the Caucasus.

What to expect

Day 1: Transfer from the Zvartnots International Airport to Yerevan and experience the city on a guided tour.
Day 2: Head to the northern Lori province and start riding adventure along the Dzoraget Canyon towards Hnevanq.
Day 3: The third morning starts with a trail ride through wooded trails of Debed Valley.
Day 4: Today's ride offers beautiful views of the hilltop Lake Tsover and forested surroundings of Tsovaqar mountain.
Day 5: Ride along Marts Gorge. Carrying on up and down get to Ahnidzor.
Day 6: Reach Sarnajur River, the northern boundary of Dilijan National Park.
Day 7: Ride through dramatic landscapes of rolling forest towards admire impressive Haghartsin monastery.
Day 8: Ride along Aghstev Valleys to mirror-like Lake Parz.
Day 9: Pass by pasture lands on top of Mount Lurt and ride to the Goshavanq monastery. The next stop is Lake Gosh.
Day 10: Hit the trail towards Mets Maymekh Mountain then continue to Lake Sevan.
Day 11: Spend the final day on the saddle by cantering and galloping along the sandy beaches towards the Sevanavaq monastery. Next, head back to the hotel in Yerevan to enjoy the evening life of the light city.
Day 12: Transfer back to the airport.
