At the small wine farm, that spreads along the valley, local guides will explain the history of the farm and will guide you thru the caves and process to make the wine, this explanation usually takes around 20 minutes. Next you will have three different wines to taste, with tapas (cheese and cold meats), in a relaxing and joyful environment.
