Meeting and pickup
Pick-up Instructions: - At the Airport: In the arrival waiting hall. - At the Train Station: By the exit of your carriage/cart. If not available, we’ll meet you outside the station's information booth. - At the Dragon Bus Station: By the exit of your bus. If the travel number isn't provided, we’ll meet you inside the ticket office. - At the Hotel: In the hotel lobby or reception. - From Your Apartment/Stay: At the entrance. If your accommodation requires special access (e.g., chip/card entry), it's your responsibility to arrange for the driver to enter. Otherwise, the driver will wait as close as possible to the entry point. If you somehow can't locate your driver, you can always text us on Whatsapp. If you share your email, we’ll send you the driver’s details. If your hotel isn't listed here, don't worry! Check the Google map link below. If your hotel is within the green zone, we’ll pick you up or drop you off anywhere in that area. Just let us know your hotel name. In case you're staying in guesthouse or at homestay, just share with us the Google Map link of your location.
What to expect
If you're staying at a guesthouse or homestay, please also send us a Google Maps link, as official addresses are not commonly used in Mongolia either through Viator message or Whatsapp. The driver will be waiting at said location (if not restricted by any limitations beyong his control)
The driver will be easy to spot, holding a sign with your name (the same one you used when booking).
