Pickup time depends on your hotel location and will be confirmed after booking. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
For hotels outside the complimentary pickup areas, an additional transfer fee may apply.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity starts. Show your booking confirmation to the staff upon arrival. If you choose hotel pickup, you do not need to come to the meeting point.
