    After breakfast, proceed with Delhi sightseeing tour with first visit to the Jama Masjid - the largest Mosque in India. Visit Chandni Chowk oldest, biggest bazaar of Old Delhi. Today at Chandni Chowk, explore the narrow alleys & colorful markets & local shoppers. Also get the opportunity to taste the local food in Delhi. and reach Rajghat, a memorial where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. An eternal flame burns on one side of this memorial. Visit the Humayun Tomb - first garden-style tomb of India. The main highlight of this tomb, inspired by Persian architecture, is the four garden squares with water passage channels surrounding the tomb. Drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan - residence of the President of India and India Gate - an archway built in honor of the soldiers who died in World War I. Visit Qutub Minar built by Qutab-ud-din Aibak in 1193 to mark the beginning of Muslim rule in India. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

    After breakfast, drive to Agra and check into hotel. Later visit visit to the Taj Mahal (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) - the most extravagant symbol of love, dedication and purity ever, which took almost 22 years to build. It is an ivory-white marble monument where rests the mortals of Mughal Emperor Shahjahan (who built the Taj Mahal) and his beloved wife (Mumtaz Mahal). An interesting fact about this stunning edifice is that it turns pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening and golden at night as the moonlight falls upon it. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later step out to visit the Agra Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) that resembles the magnificent Red Fort in Delhi. The Diwan-i-Aam (Hall of Public Audience), Diwan-i-Khas (Hall of Private Audience) and the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors) are a must-see attraction here. Later visit the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, located at the center of a quadrangle with gardens laid out in a Char Bagh pattern surrounding it.

    Dochula Pass

    Post early breakfast, you will drive towards Punakha via Dochula Pass. Dochula (3,100 m), where on a sunny day, you can get stunning views of the Himalayan ranges. The Dochu La Pass is probably the best known mountain pass in Bhutan. On a clear day the pass offers visitors a spectacular view of the majestic eastern Himalayan Ranges. Next you will visit the Chimi Lhakhang, a temple that was build in 1499 by Drukpa kinley’s best follower. Drukpa Kinley is popularly known as “ Devine Mad Man” of which his teaching is through sex. Later you will visit Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of the Mo Chhu and the Po Chhu River, combine to form the Puna Tsang Chu which in turn is a tributary of the mighty Brahmaputra River.     After early morning breakfast, we will take you for a morning hike up to Taktsang Monastery, also known as ‘Tiger’s Nest’. Hanging precariously and magically from a rather steep cliff, the Taktshang monastery is a monument of genuine pride for the Bhutanese nation. It defies architectural principles to the core and amazes tourists from around the world. It is a sight to behold. Later you will explore Kyichu Lhakhang . The Jowo Temple of Kyichu is one of the oldest temples in Bhutan. The temple was built by the Tibetan King Songsten Gampo in the 7th Century AD. The Kyichu Lhakhang was one of the 108 temples constructed by him to subdue a demon that was terrorizing the people of the Himalayas. In evening we will visit local market of Paro.
