After the archaeological tour, you cannot miss a visit to one of the local dairies, famous for the direct production of buffalo mozzarella from Campania. It will thus be possible to visit and see with your own eyes all the production processes of buffalo mozzarella, from the raising of the animals to the finished product. In this context, a tasting of local products based on buffalo milk will be included
