Hiking up the mountain with a knowledgeable and appropriately registered guide improves your enjoyment and also adds a layer of safety, whilst not detracting from the adventurous element

All guides carry an appropriate First Aid Kit, as well as have appropriate First Aid training.

We also carry a safety rope, should guests feel the need to have the support of a rope on the scramble sections this is offered.

Pick up is optional please get in touch before committing - It is easy to arrange a taxi to the Lower Cable Car Station. 15 minutes have been set aside for collection from various Cape Town Hotels

What to expect

Hiking up one of the hiking routes to the very top of table mountain, then a walk around the top taking in both North and South views before ending at the Upper Cable car station alternatively hiking down Platteklip George

Riding down by Cable car is an optional extra for your account
