Hike up to Maunga Terevaka ("Navigator's Mountain"), the highest point of the island, to experience breathtaking views of Rapa Nui. After a ten minute drive, our ascent begins in Vaitea, along the gentle slopes of the mountain. This hike offers unique possibilites to appreciate the geology, nature and landscapes of the island. The upper plateau rewards us with views of the Rano Aroi reed covered lagoon and the summit of Terevaka where we obtain a 360° view of the horizon and the sea surrounding the island. A must during your visit to Rapa Nui - Easter Island.
