Get ready to roast! In our covered outdoor gazebo, you'll learn the secrets of coffee roasting with a Skywalker Roaster, guided by our experienced team. They'll walk you through each stage, from selecting your preferred roast level to expertly packaging your fresh coffee, and will be on hand to answer all your questions.

What to expect
Craft, roast, and take home 1/2 lb of fresh, local Boquete coffee in just 30 minutes.

☕ Master the Roaster: Work 1-on-1 with an expert instructor using coffee roasters right in downtown Boquete.
Select Premium Beans: Learn the art of transforming raw green beans into a custom craft roast.
️Take Home Your Creation: Pack and take home fresh, custom-roasted local Panama coffee.

Can't make it out to a full coffee farm tour? No problem! We brought the best part of the farm experience directly to the center of Bajo Boquete. Whether you have 30 minutes between activities or want a unique souvenir you made yourself, this quick and interactive session gives you total control over the roaster.
