After we come to pick you up from your hotel we’ll take you to go and get your Angkor Pass. We’ll then head directly to Angkor Wat. You’ll walk along the entrance causeway, over the great moat, and enter into the outer enclosure of Angkor Wat. Here, you’ll marvel in the size of the buildings and the complex around you. Your guide will explain the history and layout of the temple as we approach the main part of Angkor Wat. You’ll have time to explore the buildings, look at the carvings and bas-reliefs, and learn about the history of this great temple.
When we’ve finished exploring Angkor Wat, it’s time to head towards the South Gate of Angkor Thom. Here, you’ll see the giant smiling face looking down on you from the entrance to the vast city of Angkor Thom. The entrance is very ornate with beautiful carvings to view. The causeway over the moat is just as fascinating. There are 54 gods on one side and 54 devils on the other side. You can tell the two apart because the gods will be smiling at you and the evil spirits will have a grimacing expression.
Before we finish tour to return hotel and we will continue to visit Ta Prohm temple. a Prohm is the modern name of a temple near the city of Siem Reap, Cambodia, approximately one kilometre east of Angkor Thom and on the southern edge of the East Baray. It was built in the Bayon style largely in the late 12th century and early 13th century and was originally called Rajavihara.
Before we return to hotel, we will visit it and The Bayon is a richly decorated Khmer temple related to Buddhism at Angkor in Cambodia. Built in the late 12th or early 13th century as the state temple of the King Jayavarman VII, the Bayon stands at the centre of Jayavarman's capital, Angkor Thom.
