Meeting and pickup
Please, check with the sales office the pick up place and time. It is very important to inform us your accommodation and mobile phone number, in case we need to contact you in Rovaniemi. During pick up driver will look for you by your name. You will receive an additional email from the sales team indicating the exact pickup time.
If you selected meeting on location, the meeting time is at 08:45 o'clock, by the gate at Sinettäjärventie 8. Our guide will come to meet you at this location. To note the gate might be open due to construction work, but please wait by the following location.
