SJO Airport Meeting Point: The verification process at the immigration posts takes 30-40 minutes. After clearing immigration and customs, our team will be waiting just outside the terminal. Upon exiting the building, TURN RIGHT and look for a member of our team holding a sign with your name on it.

What to expect
- Flight Monitoring: We will monitor your flight status to account for any delays or early arrivals.
- Contact Information: You will receive a final confirmation or a message from our company a day or two before your arrival, often via WhatsApp, to reconfirm details and provide a direct contact for any immediate needs.
Pick-up at San Jose Airport (SJO):
- Exiting Customs and Baggage Claim: After landing, you'll go through immigration and customs, then collect your luggage from the baggage claim area.
- Meeting Your Driver: Your private driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall outside the customs exit. We will be holding a clearly visible sign with your name printed on it. Look for this sign as you exit.
- Assistance with Luggage: Our driver will assist you with loading your luggage into the private vehicle.
- Vehicle and Comfort: You'll be escorted to a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle (often a private van or SUV, depending on the number of passengers and the service booked)
