Riu Hotels from SJO Airport is a 4.5 hours ride and it is a nice cross country ride through us. Along the road there are some funnny stops: Fruits Stand in Orotina town where you can try lot of tropical fruits, see the Macaws and Toucans on their natural environment along the way to Guanacaste. Also, there are great places for local food experiences. From May to April is the rainy season and we probably will experience some rain along the road but Riu Hotels is located in one of the dryer areas of Costa Rica. We include bilingual and experienced drivers, WiFi On Board.

Pickup details:

MEET & GREET at SJO Airport - Meeting Point: The verification process at the immigration posts takes 30-40 minutes. After clearing immigration and customs, our team will be waiting just outside the terminal. Upon exiting the building, TURN RIGHT and look for a member of our team holding a sign with your name on it.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

We will have our driver waiting for you at the airport arrival`s area holding a sign with your name on it. If flight delayed we wait. No extra charge. If you prefer to be picked up from your hotel please let us know.
