Sail to Taboga Island aboard a Viking 46ft yacht—ideal for up to 16 guests. Depart from Flamenco Marina and cruise 35 minutes to this tropical island known for its beaches, village charm, and surrounding islets like Taboguilla and Chama.

Choose a half-day or full-day charter. Swim, snorkel, visit the historic church, hike trails, or enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. A BBQ onboard is also available. The yacht includes A/C, sound system, shaded areas, and snorkeling gear.

Fishing gear is onboard for light trolling near the island and Panama Bay. On full-day tours, depart early to reach the Twenty Fathom fishing grounds—home to tuna, dorado, and snapper. Enjoy views of the Panama City skyline and Bridge of the Americas as you cruise out of the marina. During your visit, explore Taboga’s fishermen village, its flower-covered houses, and historic church—one of the oldest in the Pacific. Whether sunbathing, snorkeling, or relaxing onboard, this tour blends comfort and exploration.

    Isla Taboga

    Taboga island's name derives from the Indian word aboga ("many fish"). Located about 20 minutes from Panama City, it has great beaches to swim and snorkel, as well as docking facilities to step into the friendly local fisherman town. Once in Taboga, feel free to walk around town, visit its church (the second oldest one in the hemisphere), enjoy the local art and crafts, or relax by having lunch (We have optional additional catering packages). After lunch, choose between snorkeling, fishing, or cruising back to Panama City.

    You'll get to see firsthand the ship carriers in their cross from the Pacific side of the Panama Canal. While they cruise under America's bridge, you'll get to cruise right next to them, in the Canal's designated route.

    You'll get to see the anchorage of the Canal at Panama Bay while your guide will explain how its system works. While cruising Panama Bay, you get to appreciate the magnificent city's skyline and, depending on the time of the day you wish to depart, enjoy the Panamanian sunshine or sunset. The Panama Bay is rich in several species throughout the year, such as Spanish Mackerel, snapper, Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, and Tuna bonito. You get to fish no matter your level of expertise, as we will provide all equipment and the captain and deckhand will assist you
