    Upon your arrival at Bandaranayake International Airport in Katunayake and one of our representatives will meet and greet at the Airport then who will take you to Sigiriya and check into the hotel. Afterwards, you will continue your tour from Sigiriya Lion Rock. Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress located in the northern Matale District near the town of Dambulla in the Central Province, Sri Lanka. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 metres (660 ft) high According to the ancient Sri Lankan chronicle the Culavamsa, this site was selected by King Kasyapa (477 – 495 CE) for his new capital. He built his palace on the top of this rock and decorated its sides with colourful frescoes.

A short turn off from the Kundasale Road just outside of Kandy and you will come upon a strange sight: the unfinished Galmaduwa Viharaya.     Enjoy some breakfast then you are packing your belongings afterward proceed to Colombo to do the Colombo city tour. Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, has a long history as a port on ancient east-west trade routes, ruled successively by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. That heritage is reflected in its its architecture, mixing colonial buildings with high-rises and shopping malls. The imposing Colombo National Museum, dedicated to Sri Lankan history, borders sprawling Viharamahadevi Park and its giant Buddha. Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka and the largest city in Sri Lanka, once served as an important seaport for trade between the East and the West. Situated on the west coast of the country, After completing the City tour you will proceed to depend on your departure flight, leave Colombo, and transfer to Airport for departure.
