Meeting and pickup
1. For Airport Pick-up:
- Domestic Terminal (T1) : We pick up from Arrival Gate B
- International Terminal (T2): We pick-up from Column 15 upon Exit Gate A (1-min walk)
2. For hotel pick-up
- We pick up from hotel lobby
- If you are staying at Airbnb/VRBO/small lanes that cars cannot go in, we pick up from the nearest main road.
What to expect
After selecting your preferred transfer service, please provide us with your flight details (Flight number, estimated departure/arrival time), your name and Whatsapp number for driver's easier contact.
Please specify if this is a pick-up from Noi Bai Airport or a drop-off from Hanoi city center.
2. Pre-Transfer Communication
Driver Contact & Coordination: Appx 12-24 hours before your transfer, you’ll receive the driver's contact number (Whatsapp/iMess if available), vehicle license plate, and car model (if available). For airport pickups, the driver will monitor your flight to ensure punctual service.

3. Pickup Details & Meeting Point
Airport Pick-Up: Meet your driver at a designated spot in the arrivals area (Gate B at Terminal 1 or Column 15-Gate A at International Terminal), where they’ll be holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
Hotel or City Pickup: The driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or the specified address, arriving promptly at the scheduled pickup time.
4. Comfortable & Reliable Transfer
Vehicle Standards: Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private car, with clean interiors, ample luggage space, and amenities like bottled water, phone charging ports, or tissues (subject to availability and classes of services)
Driver Professionalism: Your driver is a local professional with extensive knowledge of the route, ensuring a smooth and safe journey.
5. Arrival & Drop-Off
Arrival Notifications: Close to your destination, the driver will inform you of the expected drop-off time.
Destination Drop-Off: At Noi Bai Airport, you’ll be dropped at the departure terminal entrance for easy access to check-in counters. For Hanoi city destinations, the driver will accommodate curbside drop-off or help with luggage as needed.
6. Post-Transfer Support
Follow-Up & Review: After your transfer, we may prompt you to rate and review your experience, helping us ensure,maintain and improve our high service standards. Should you need further assistance (e.g lost and found), our customer support team remains available for feedback or assistance.
