Please arrive at the location 10 minutes before the departure time. The tour starts with picking up guests from the city area before moving to the next location.

    Wat Rong Khun

    09:00-09:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai by private transportation (for those booking the full trip). 12:00 PM: Stop at the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) in Chiang Rai (entrance fee & lunch not included). After the White Temple: Continue the journey with a 90-minute drive to the Chiang Khong border.

    Once you arrive at Thai immigration at the border (Chiang Khong), our driver can assist you with visa documentation if needed. You can obtain a visa on arrival (payable in cash) or use an e-visa. Please note that a passport-sized photo is required. If you do not have one, our team can assist you in getting one at the border. We will pass through Chiang Khong to cross the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4. You will need to take a bus to cross the border (included in the service).

    8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel (included). 09:00-09:30 AM: Pick-up and transfer to the pier to board the luxury slow boat. 10:00 AM: Arrive at Pak Tha for the boat permission checkpoint. Our guide will share the Do's and Don'ts in Laos, along with some fun facts. Enjoy a traditional Lao meal for lunch on the boat. Afternoon: Visit a traditional Kamu village (Ban Khmu Law), a small, cozy community of around 70 families. Travelers will learn about rural lifestyles in this remote area before continuing the journey to Pakbeng. 5:00 PM: Arrive in Pakbeng for an overnight stay (accommodation not included). Please prepare a day pack, as you will be able to leave your luggage on the boat Welcome Drink: Bael Juice Lunch: cucumber with tomato salad. Mok Paa (streamed fish). Fry Chicken Legs (Chicken Legs are tasty like Tom Yum). Sweet Sweet Pork (Khov Piav Van Mu). Streamed vegetable + tomato sauce. Local desserts and fruits.

    08:00 AM: Depart from Pakbeng. Morning: Enjoy a demonstration of local handicrafts by the guide. Participate in preparing Lao desserts and drinks. Lunch: Savor a traditional Lao meal on the boat. Afternoon: Visit Ban Muang village, renowned for its Lao whiskey. Explore the famous Pak Ou Caves, home to over 2,000 Buddha statues. Welcome Drink: Lemongrass Juice. Lunch: Chicken Curry. Wok Vegetable. Lemongrass Pork. Veggie Springs Rolls. Eggplant Fry. (Khov Mak Khou). Local dessert and fruit.

    The boat should finally dock in Luang Prabang at around 5:00 pm, and we will transfer you to your hotel. Please inform us of your hotel to drop off. SunSet Snacks. Vegetable Springs Rolls.
