Day 1
Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Zagora

Day 1 : Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou - Ouarzazate - Zagora (Camel ride and overnight in the desert) The driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech early in the morning to start your trip. You will take the road to Zagora city via Ouarzazate, going through Tizi N´Tichka pass with stops for panoramic views and taking pictures of the Berber small villages that camouflage in the landscape. Then we continue south to the ksar (fortified village) of Aït Ben Haddou where we will visit the famous Kasbah (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). Famous films have been shot in this spectacular stage, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, and Sahara with Penélope Cruz…etc. Free time for lunch in town. Then we continue to Ouarzazate also known as “The gate of the desert” that in berber language means “noiseless or without confusion”. Here we´ll see the Taourirt kasbah, one of the most spectacular ksars in Morocco.The next stop will be in the Draa Valley, well-known for its amazing Ksar and Kasbah. In the afternoon, you will arrive to Zagora and get ready for a camel trek for an hour to enjoy the sunset. While on the back of your dromedary, you will continue to the camp. To finish this wonderful day, you will enjoy an excellent diner in a campsite under the stars of the Zagora dunes sky. Overnight in desert camp.

Ait Ben Haddou
after 4 hours driving south, you will arrive at the ksar (fortified village) of Aït Ben Haddou where we will visit the famous Kasbah (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). High Atlas Mountains
Pick up from your accommodation in Marrakech at 8 o´clock in the morning, and depart to the High Atlas, a subrange of Moroccan Atlas Mountains, going through Tizi N´Tichka pass with stops for panoramic views and taking pictures of the Berber small villages that camouflage in the landscape.

Zagora - High Atlas Mountains - Marrakech

Zagora - High Atlas Mountains - Marrakech In the early morning, you will take a typical berber breakfast from Zagora. Then, you will enjoy the sunrise by a camel ride in the dunes, before taking the road back to the pearl of the south, Marrakech, going through the High Atlas Mountains. Arrival in the afternoon at Marrakech and the driver will drop you off in your hotel/riad and this is the end of our services.
