Enjoy the authentic chef experience cooking class with Rita and Luisa, two sisters expert in the culinary traditions of their territory preserving and sharing their knowledge of local traditions, recipes and hospitality, opening the doors of their family home.
All classes are hands-on and feature local seasonal ingredients, some from Rita’s garden, most of them from the Sorrento Peninsula.
The class starts with a visit to the vegetable garden and collection of products (depending on seasonality). You will be offered a welcome drink and canapes. Every customer personally prepare the dishes with the supervision of our Chef. Your full course meal includes a half a bottle of local red or white wine, mineral water, dessert, coffee and Limoncello.
The Villa is located in the center of Sorrento.

The gate is located at Via Rota 29, along an antique stone wall, very close to the sport field Campo Italia. Just ring the bell and Rita will open the doors to Italian Cuisine!!

What to expect

All classes start with a visit of the garden to pick up local seasonal ingredients that we use to make antipasto, pasta, main course and dessert.

Everyone will prepare and create his own dish with the supervision of the Chef. You get the opportunity to step into a home where cooking has been deeply rooted for decades.

Learn how to make, hand-made Ravioli, fresh pasta, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, how to prepare the catch of the day “all’acqua pazza” and many more recipes.

Your full course meal includes local red or white wine, mineral water, dessert, coffee and Limoncello.

Rita and Luisa create the menus directly from their family cookbook to tell the story of the traditional regional cuisine around the dinner table.

Menus may vary according the seasonality to allow the use of the best fresh ingredients. Can be tailored to meet any requirements regarding food allergies/diet.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LESSON WILL BE CONFIRMED AT THE SOLE CONDITION TO REACH THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS.
