Your Guide picks you up directly from your Inn, so you can start the tour with confidence, without having to reach a meeting point. The itinerary is fully flexible and can be adapted to your pace, interests and desires. Along the way, you will enjoy a privileged exchange with a local Guide who shares the history of Madrid, anecdotes, traditions, as well as many personalized recommendations for the rest of your stay. Meeting and pickup
Enjoy a pick-up directly at your Inn. Your Guide will meet you in the lobby of your Inn (lobby) about 5 minutes before the tour starts. You can start your discovery of Madrid with confidence.
If your Inn is located in the historic centre of Madrid, the tour will start directly on foot from your accommodation. If your Inn is outside the historic centre (+20 minutes walk), your Guide will accompany you by taxi* to the heart of Madrid, where the tour will begin. The taxi ride is included in the Award of the tour.
*Please note: transfers are made by official public taxi of the city of Madrid and not by vehicle with private driver (VTC). Return (drop-off) to the Inn is not included.

Located in the heart of historic Madrid, Plaza de la Ópera is a lively place dominated by the prestigious Teatro Real, the Spanish National Opera. It is also here that stands the statue of Isabel II. This square marks the transition between the Royal Quarter and the historic centre, offering an excellent Check-out point for discovering the capital’s most beautiful monuments.

Mercado San Miguel (Pass by)
Just a stone’s throw from Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel is one of Madrid’s most renowned gastronomic markets. Behind its magnificent iron and glass structure are numerous stands offering tapas, Iberian ham, seafood, cheeses and Spanish specialities. An essential step to discover the local gastronomy in a friendly atmosphere. However, depending on the time of year, the Point of Sale may be closed for work.

Plaza Mayor (Pass by)
