Meeting and pickup
Your guide will meet you at your hotel to start the visit (please wait for your guide in your hotel lobby). They will arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time. The transfer from your hotel to the museum will be by taxi and is included within the total duration of the tour (included in the 4 hours). The taxi cost is included in the visit.

Please note: the transfer will be by a regular Madrid city taxi; this tour does not include a private chauffeur service. Madrid is a capital city with traffic, so we apologize in advance for any potential delays due to congestion. If your hotel is close to one of the museums, the journey will be done on foot, as taking a taxi for very short distances is not necessary and may be less efficient. If you have any mobility issues, please let us know in advance.
