    Delve into one of the most emblematic traditions of Catalonia: castells, human towers that symbolize strength, balance, courage and seny (sanity). Recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, they represent the union and spirit of the Catalan people. During this experience, you will meet a local casteller group, discover how they are organized and trained, and learn the basic structure of the castell - the pinya (base), the tronc (tower) and the pom de dalt (children who crown the tower. You will visit the rehearsal venue, converse with its members and participate in a basic training, while listening to the traditional gralla, the instrument that accompanies each uprising. The experience culminates with an exclusive demonstration, where the colla performs a symbolic castell, showing coordination and the spirit of cooperation. Rather than a cultural activity, it is an experience that reflects community strength and shared balance.
