Your chauffeur meets you inside Vancouver International Airport (YVR) with a name sign, takes care of your luggage, and drives you straight to your Downtown Vancouver hotel or the Canada Place cruise terminal. No taxi line, no shared shuttle, and the price you book is the price you pay: taxes, fuel surcharge, gratuity, parking and the airport fee are all included.

We have run chauffeured transportation in Vancouver since 1992 and are licensed by the BC Passenger Transportation Board (#70108).

We track your flight, with up to 60 minutes of free waiting for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic, counted from when you land. Your vehicle is parked right outside the terminal, and nobody else rides with you.

After customs and baggage claim, walk out into the main arrivals area. Your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign showing your name. We track your flight, and you will get a text with your chauffeur's name, phone number and vehicle before you land.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the vehicle, parked right outside, and drives you directly to your hotel entrance or the Canada Place cruise terminal drop-off. Bottled water is in the car.

The Executive Sedan seats 3 passengers with 2 to 3 suitcases; the Executive SUV seats 6 with 6 suitcases. Choose a larger vehicle for ski bags, golf clubs or extra luggage. Vehicles are assigned by class, and a Sedan booking may arrive as an SUV at no extra cost.

Infant, child and booster seats are free; they are supplied in the vehicle for you to install.
