This is your chance to get behind the well-trodden tourist routes and experience ‘real Vietnam’. Normally unseen by visitors to Hoi An, few get chance to really experience beautiful Hoi An as locals see it, with a local Hoianian guide by their side. Today we focus on how our people go about their daily lives – its a 6:30am start as Vietnamese are early risers, but here’s a genuine glimpse into ‘local’ Hoi An and our rural families in the surrounding countryside and paddy fields. This is strictly a Private Tour, so you are guaranteed the only guests booked.

06:30 am - Pick Up at your Hoi An hotel. Central Market after sunrise. Try a Vietnamese breakfast with locals (included). A private boat ride to rural Cam Kim Island & see woodcarving, local shipbuilding, a family temple, local families and local industry such as rice paper and mat making. Return to Hoi An Old Town for your escorted walking tour behind the tourist trails. Experience Vietnam's unique coffee culture (included). 12:30 pm Drop-Off at your Hoi An Hotel or the ancient town.
