Photo stop from The Frame and visit Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, the iconic landmark in the capital city. The elegant mosque was offically opened on 26th Sept 1958 and a symbol of the Islamic faith in the country. Declared by most to be the most beautiful mosque in the region. (Close for visitors every Thursday and Friday)
Photo stop at Istana Nurul Iman main enterance, the official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, the world's largest residential palace.
Boat ride along the historical Kampong Ayer is regarded as the largest Water Village settlement in the world. The centuries-old Kampong Ayer is dubbed as "Venice of the East" by Venetian Antonio Pigafetta who sail to Brunei with Ferdinand Magellan's flagship "Victoria" in 1521. Visit a local house with light refreshment.
Visit the Royal Regalia Museum, officially opened on 30th Sept 1992 to mark 25 years of His Majesty's the Sultan accession to the throne. The architectural design of the museum takes into account the characteristic concept of the Malay Islamic Monarchy. It houses the royal regalias and royal custums used during the coronation, as well exhibits related to commemorate the Silver Jubliee of HM the Sultan of Brunei.
