# On VERY RARE situation their might be others joining during the Proboscis Monkey/Water Village tour (boat ride & house visit) due to tight boat schedule.

Visit Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque, Brunei's largest mosque. A fine example of modern Islamic architecture, built to celebrate the 25th year of the current sultan's reign. (Close for visitors every Thursday & Friday)

2Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque
Photo stop from The Frame and visit Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, the iconic landmark in the capital city. The elegant mosque was offically opened on 26th Sept 1958 and a symbol of the Islamic faith in the country. Declared by most to be the most beautiful mosque in the region. (Close for visitors every Thursday and Friday)

3Istana Nurul Iman
Photo stop at Istana Nurul Iman main enterance, the official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, the world's largest residential palace.

4Kampong Ayer - Venice of East
Boat ride along the historical Kampong Ayer is regarded as the largest Water Village settlement in the world. The centuries-old Kampong Ayer is dubbed as "Venice of the East" by Venetian Antonio Pigafetta who sail to Brunei with Ferdinand Magellan's flagship "Victoria" in 1521. Visit a local house with light refreshment.

5Royal Regalia Museum
Visit the Royal Regalia Museum, officially opened on 30th Sept 1992 to mark 25 years of His Majesty's the Sultan accession to the throne. The architectural design of the museum takes into account the characteristic concept of the Malay Islamic Monarchy. It houses the royal regalias and royal custums used during the coronation, as well exhibits related to commemorate the Silver Jubliee of HM the Sultan of Brunei.
