Meeting and pickup

(Contact us through any of our methods before booking if you cannot find your pick-up area) 2.- The pick up will be at the established time and you must be ready 15 minutes before the time; Transportation may arrive within 15 minutes before or after the established time and will only be given 5 minutes of tolerance. 3.- You will be contacted one day before the day of your activity to confirm the reservation details and the pick up schedule since this may be adjusted due to operational issues.
