Meeting and pickup
1. - At the time of booking, you must send a message by this means, an email to info@envatours.com or contact by phone at the number 624 - 142 - 02 - 00 to establish the hours of your pick up at the desired hotel, which can vary between 03 : 30 AM and 04 : 50 AM, since the tour starts at 05 : 00 AM. (Contact us through any of our channels before booking if you can't find your pickup area)
2. - Pick up will be at the set time and you must be ready 15 minutes before the time; Transportation can arrive within 15 minutes before or after the set time and only 5 minutes of tolerance will be given.
3. - They will contact one day before the day of their activity to confirm the reservation details and the pick up time since this can be adjusted for operation.
