What's Included
Meeting and pickup
- The driver will have a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
Passengers must show up at the lobby or meeting point at least 5 minutes before their departure time.
- It is mandatory to present your voucher, voucher or proof of reservation at the time of boarding.
- Confirmation of hours and service details will be sent a day early by our Customer Service department. The room number and contact telephone number should be provided here to facilitate pick up.
- In case of no show within the tolerance time, the service will be considered as “No Show”.
- The timetable and point of return will be indicated by the driver at the time of leaving them at the office or area of operation.
