Capivari is the tourist center of Campos do Jordão, where there are several shops, cafes, Baden Baden, as well as Boulevard Geneve, an alley with half-timbered buildings, a European construction technique, widely used in Germany. It's a very centralized place, great for a walk outside, to do some shopping or have a hot chocolate. Those who stay in this region have the ease of being close to much of the commerce, nightlife and being able to carry out activities on foot. In the heart of the neighborhood are the church of São Benedito and the square with the Concha Acústica, which usually has musical attractions during the Winter Festival and on weekends.

The Felícia Leirner Museum is located about 8 km from Capivari, in a wide area, surrounded by the forest of the region. The museum's collection houses works by the plastic artist Felícia Leirner and is mainly composed of outdoor sculptures, part of them in cement, others in bronze and granite. Ducha de Prata is a very traditional park in Campos do Jordão. Surrounded by trees, it has several artificial showers. The place used to be used to bathe old visitors to the city and today it is a space with several wooden platforms to walk through the showers, where you can take pictures or go hiking. There are also some stalls that sell gifts near the showers.

Baden Baden is a craft brewery that was born in Campos do Jordão and houses a restaurant in Capivari, in addition to having a factory open to visitors in the city. Itapeva Peak is one of the mountains on the outskirts of Campos do Jordão and a good walk in the open air, with the reward of reaching its highest point, being able to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. The park is private and currently has a lavender plantation and a deck where you can take pictures of the area. The ideal is to visit it on a day with clear weather and few clouds to be able to better admire its view.
