Located only 170 km from Marrakech, Essaouira, a bright city behind its ramparts, has become the essential stop on a trip to Morocco. Its openness to the outside world, its tradition, its craftsmanship, a peaceful medina with white facades brightened with blue, the mildness of its climate and the natural kindness of its inhabitants are indisputable assets for the reception of its visitors. An authentic getaway to discover the rumor of the Atlantic and the medina of Essaouira, which retains in its medieval alleys the atmospheres of past centuries. Meet early in the morning at your hotel in Marrakech, a vehicle will pick you up and you will be accompanied by your guide. Then departure for Essaouira. We cross a succession of arid landscapes, villages and small towns. Arriving to Essaouira in the early morning, you then leave for a complete visit of the essential monuments of this peaceful city. You will visit the lively port, the medina & its exotic souks, the Porte de la Marine, the Sqala of the kasbah, the museum of Sidi Mohammed ben Abdellah, the stalls with multicolored spices ... Lunch in a restaurant and stroll on a huge immense beach of fine sand, with for only environment, the radiance of the waves on the shore and the rumor of the ocean. Return to Marrakech via the same road. Visit to a women's oil manufacturing cooperative along the way.
