Visit Durres Castle, surrounded by fortified walls built since 5th century, repaired during middle ages and recently from damages of 2019 earthquake. Inside the castle you'll find the largest amphitheater in Albania, still buried underground for most part. The amphitheater is about 1800 years old, built by Romans in second century AD. Stroll on Durres beachfront promenade to enjoy a snack, coffee or buy a souvenir to remember it by. *Admission ticket to Durres Castle and drinks are not included in price
Visit the 700 years old Ardenica Monastery. Inside you'll find a beautiful church with surviving original frescos and a magnificent iconostasis carved of wood that seats in front of the church hall. *Entry fee at Ardenica Monastery not included in price.
Wine tasting in Albanica Prifti Family Winery. A family vineyard position on top of the hills facing west towards the Adriatic sea. Prifti family grows varieties of autochthonous grapes, Debine, Moschat as well as Mediterranean traditional vines Cabernet and Merlot. Here you'll have the opportunity to taste: 3 glasses of white, red and rose wine. Bruschetta Kish (byrek) Cheese Mixed plate (meze) Wine tasting and appetizers are included in the tour price!
