We can easily arrange a larger vehicle like a minivan to accommodate you comfortably at a minimal extra cost.
Locating Your Driver: Once you have collected your luggage and passed through customs, your driver will be waiting immediately as you exit into the public arrivals hall. Look for the exit sign and turn right towards the main waiting area. They will be easily identifiable with a sign clearly displaying your name.
Communication is Key: We monitor all incoming flights, but for immediate communication, you will receive your driver’s contact number (or our 24/7 WhatsApp support number) via text or email once your booking is confirmed. If you experience unexpected delays inside the airport, need a minute for duty-free shopping, or cannot locate your driver, just send a quick message or make a call.
Payment Flexibility: While we encourage secure online pre-payment, if you choose to pay your fixed price locally, you can do so in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (€). Please have the exact amount ready if paying in cash to speed up your departure from the airport.
Child Safety Seats: We are happy to provide child safety seats and booster seats for younger travelers free of charge, ensuring your family's safety from the Agadir Airport (AGA) to your hotel. Simply request these during the booking process.
Accommodation Specifics: If staying in a Riad within the narrow streets of the Agadir medina where vehicles cannot pass, your driver will drop you off at the nearest accessible point and walk you and your luggage directly to the door of your Riad.
