We will get in touch with you on WhatsApp for the exact location to meet us. Thus, please kindly help to ensure that you have provided us with a valid contact number so that we can reach out to you when you arrive.
In any rare moment that you cannot reach us on WhatsApp or if you have no access to any phone call, please make your way to the information counter and call us @ +65 8787 9876.

*Waiting time charges:
- Airport Arrival
There will be a grace period of 60 minutes from the confirmed flight landing time. Thereafter, a waiting time charge will be implemented.
In the event that you are uncontactable 90 minutes after the confirmed flight landing time, we will consider as "NO SHOW" and our driver will leave the Airport in regrets. ☹ There will be no refund for "NO SHOW"
Thus, please kindly help to ensure that you have provided us with a valid contact number that we can reach out to when you are in Singapore.
