Our driver will meet you, with a sign in your name, at the NCC Meeting Point in the lobby of the arrival terminal.

Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.

What to expect

By completing a valid Reservation you will allow us to pick you up at the airport in Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino). Our driver will meet you at the airport inside the arrival terminal at a specific airline called Meeting Point. He will give you help with your luggage and taking the fastest route will take you to the destination place in Rome.

The driver will wait up to an hour and thirty minutes after the plane has landed, after which a surcharge of € 50 will be applied. An hour forty minutes after landing, in the absence of your contact, the driver will be released and the service will not be refunded.
In case of flight delay, if the schedule of the day allows us, we will wait at the airport for your plane to land, and any driver wait will be quantified at an hourly cost of 20 Euro/hour.
