Pickup details:

Exit the station on the Via Marsala side, 100 meters you will find the BW Hotel Royal Santina. In front of the hotel will be your driver who will have a sign of recognition in your name. Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.

What to expect

By completing a valid reservation you will allow us to pick you up at Roma Termini train station. Our driver will meet you at the indicated location showing you a name recognition sign, will give you help with your luggage and taking the fastest route will take you to the destination place in Rome.
For train stations the waiting time is a maximum of 30 minutes from arrival after which without your communication the driver will be released and the service not refunded. If you have problems call the driver's number right away if you have it, or call the number indicated on the voucher so we can give directions to the driver. If you want to be picked up at Tiburtina station instead of Termini station you must expressly specify this when booking.
